The CareMD ecosystem.
What I am building is not a set of tools. It is one connected way of practicing, where every signal is captured once, understood quickly, and handed to the person who can finish it.
96 builds across 13 domains serve that idea. Each one is here, with what it stands on, what it holds up, and an honest read on how far along it is.
The biggest risk is not a lack of ideas. It is the same idea living in ten different places.
One loop. Every build serves it.
A signal comes in. Someone has to understand it, get it to the right person, act on it, and make sure it closed. Then we keep what we learned.
That is the whole job, for every lab, fax, call, and claim. Each build I make serves one part of that loop. The patient sits in the middle. The guardrails go all the way around. Everything stands on one shared foundation.
Tap a stage of the loop to see the builds that serve it.
Every build, and how it connects.

The most leaned-on pieces are the (17 builds) and the (15 builds). If either one stumbles, most of the map feels it. That is where care goes first.
Active or inactive is not enough.
Working prototypes often exist long before the infrastructure that would make them safe to rely on. So every build gets a stage, and a flag when something needs attention.
A prototype should never be mistaken for nothing. A demo should never be mistaken for clinically ready.
- Defined, and worth building. Not built yet.01Concept
- It exists and it runs. It is not part of the daily work yet.02Built
- Used in the real workflow, by real people, on real days.03Operational
- Hardened, monitored, documented, and safe to hand to someone else.04Production-grade
Ten artifacts. One product.

Catalog each shape on its own and the work looks scattered. Ten owners, ten folders, ten chances to rebuild something that already exists.
An idea becomes a conversation, then a prototype, a script, a workbook, a dashboard, a procedure, a handoff, a better build, and finally an archive. I want to keep all ten connected. So the map does not stop at topics. It runs all the way down:
- Domain
- Capability
- Build
- Version
- Artifact
- Workflow
- Dependency
- Operational state
- Evidence
This page shows the idea, not the vendors. Every build is described by what it does for the physician, the team, or the patient. A stage is shown only where there is evidence for it. The rest are being rated now, carefully.
